FABRICS

industrial workwear

Kanecaron fabrics are ideally suited for workwear, as they meet a large variety of FR standards around the world. For example, Japanese Fire Service Law, JIS L-1091, EN 532, EN 1021, DIN 4102, DIN 54336, NFP 92.503, BS 5438, BS 5852, BS 5867, CSE RF 1/75, CSE RF 3/77, CSERF4/83,UFAC, California TB 133, TB 603, NFPA 701, NFPA 1975, FAA 25.853b, UL 94, FMVSS 302, CNS 10285, CNS 13591, GB 5455-85, GB 50222 and IS 11871.

Chemical Resistant: Unlike other fiber, Kanecaron resists against both alkali and acid.
Thermal Plastic: Kanecaron is easily and uniformly elongated by heat. Utilizing this feature, Kanecaron fabric can be molded in a variety of shapes.
No Dripping,
No Melting:
Unlike other melting fibers such as polyester, Kanecaron does not melt or drip when ignited. Since Kanecaron is charable (carbonization type), it will prevent and stop burning escalation by forming a carbonized area that diminishes the risk of severe skin burn that might result from molten fibers.
Negative Ionic Effect: Kanecaron generates a negative ion by friction.
Dyeable: Kanecaron possesses various desirable properties such as easy-blending with other fibers, dyeability by cationic dyes for excellent coloration. and the smooth processability of regular acrylic fiber.
